About Me

I’m a proud baby boomer, born in Jan 1960. My fitness coaching journey began more than 30 years ago after my pregnancy with my daughter, Beanie. I gained forty pounds and worked out to get back to my previous weight. I then got a job at Shapes Fitness, a women’s health club. Eventually, I became a certified fitness instructor and health coach.

My wellness philosophy goes something like this: Do as much as you can, when you can to stay physically active. Eat whole foods more often than processed foods. Try to do something every day that brings you joy. Connect with your people. Get rest and sleep. Be grateful. Pray.

I love encouraging and motivating women to take steps to reach their personal “healthier lifestyle”. My approach is not so much about the scale, but about doing things consistently to have a healthier body, heart and mind.
